The heater control knob clicks part of the way round when turning clockwise or anti-clockwise to regulate the temperature, instead of moving smoothly. Is this a sign that something is worn out, and is it an easy fix?
Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure that the control is actuating the heater while it is clicking, but only when it turns smoothly. So I may not be getting the full heat setting.
