Yeah, just regular oil changes, might be worth switching to 5W40 as well, turbo life is dependant on good quality, regular oil changes and allowing it to cool down for a bit after caning it.
You don't even have to do it every 3000 miles. Every 5K would be fine. BUT regular checks are vital of all oil and water levels etc. And obviously mechanical sympathy. If you abuse it, it will break just like anything.
