Hi Guys And Gals

Im Trying To Find Out What Ist The Best Size Tube To Use When Making A Tubaler Chassie For My Project Car. Bearing In Mind Im Looking To Take It To 400 Bhp By The Time Ive Finished Ca18det Rwd Conversion

if memory serves, most spaceframes are made from between 3 and 4 inch tube. the strength comes in the way you make the frame though. study a few space framed cars to get the idea. try searching mini forums with spaceframed redtop blocks.

to do it right you need all the bits there infront of you.. you can buy the tube of e-bay i think its like 34mm-45mm diameter.. dont expect it to be lighter than the micra you started out with.. if its done right itll be heavyer..
