timing tribulations

Iv'e had a right old job trying to SEE the timing marks on my MA12 crank pulley....I'm assuming they exist!!

on the MA10 theres a big notch stamped into the pulley, but I cant see ANYTHING on my MA12 pulley and its not that corroded either!!

Can anyone help... (photos ...detailed description or anything)

It should be there...i did mine today and marked it with some tipex or white paint to see it better

theres a little v notch out of the pully closest lip to the engine, it is quite hard to see it if you dont know there is one, its easier if youve got the rocker cover off and can see tdc.
