Howdy
I know most of you Brits probably choose the 12h am/pm format anyway, so you might not have stumbled across this even if your Micra would do this too:
- Set the time format to 24h mode.
- Set clock to "auto" (rather than "manual" where you have to set it yourself).
- Make sure it's afternoon, or you won't notice a difference in the format

- Stop your car, shut down the engine.
- Leave the car.
- Do not lock the car, though.
- Re-enter the car.
- Turn on ignition.
-> Time format is back to 12h am/pm.
I've got a '23 one with the nav (was forced to
) and keyless-go. That's probably relevant.
