throttle problem

gave the car to my sister for a month and apart from ruining it its now making this sound the revs suddenly drop off on idle and then picks up


any ideas, waxstat? throttle position sensor?

also how do u fix? its a coilpack

Probably the iacv valve needs a good cleaning or the maf maybe
