That jumble of wires behind my radio cassette

As you can imagine a radio/cassette is not ideal these days so I have bought a JVC CD/radio. However as a whittle-bum i am now scared by the "check the wiring of your car before connecting the device" warning. Can anyone tell me the colour coding for the in car entertaniment in my car so that I can check without the stress and room for error.

As you can probably tell this is a bit out of my confort zone

Cheers

thread move,

As long as no wires have been cut and you have bought a new headunit then you will just need to get a iso wiring adaptor (off ebay not halfords, it's cheaper), from there it is literally plug and play. However you must fit a earth cable as the standard stereo earths through the aerial.

If you live in North London i can give you a hand. Otherwise get a halford store or local audio fitter to fit for you but prepare to be ripped off on install costs.
