Just rung them up to make some changes to Ems's policy for her and that went through fine, then called back to amend one of the changes i made and they said i dont have permission to do it!

Silly thing is, they wont cancel the changes i originally made, although according to them, i shouldnt be able to make those changes in the first place

How stupid!
 
I'm making a complaint later and cancelling my renewal with them. The bloke that Arnold spoke to was apparently very rude and it was never Arnold at fault in the first place. Maybe if they trained their staff properly......!!
 
i had to switch from them before as they wanted to know the exact % of improvment of the stuff i was fitting...was easier to go to another provider (Adrian Flux in this case).
