Suspension Issues?

Hi all,

I drive a K12 2009 1.4 (25th anniversary edition). Had this for about 3 years, picked it up at around 76k miles and now on 100k miles.

These days the car feels incredibly bumpy, to the point where I've started getting back issues (never had them before - male in my 40s).

I recently had a suspension arm changed, and also front 2 tyres, with tracking (all of these things were MOT advisories).

What could be the issue? I don't have a lot of budget to spend on repairs (or a new car). Can I do anything to alleviate this? I was thinking of getting one of those car seat with lumbar support - would that be a temporary fix?

I want to do a few motorway road trips in the next 3 months, but worrying up the affect on my back right now.

Tired 100K shock absorbers bouncy ride may be perceived as, quote “car feels incredibly bumpy”

Equally, the vehicle may have been modified with nonstandard tyres profile, wheels, & shocks that upset & degrade ride comfort quality?
