strange keyboard and mouse problem

i have a very strange problem with my kb and mouse. i dont believe the nature of it to be a virus as ive ran 2 seperste checks on my system.

the problem is when i double click an icon with the lmb it brings up the properties window of the item pressed. and the only chars the keyboard can enter are: áéíáú.

possible driver issues....i have come acros this in the past

try plugging a different keyboard and mouse in, see if it's any different.

I would sy its more Driver then Virus...

huzzar fixed it. i wouldnt have expected drviers, just a generic keyboard so running on windows ones i guess. Anyway, the Alt Gr key was slightly stuck down but not in a way i could tell by looking. took the key off cleaned it up and now its fine
