My micra 1L K11 2001 coilpack model is causing me problems when starting from hot. I can drive the car for lets say a mile up to 5 miles, stop for half an hour with the engine switched off. On starting again the engine starts OK and then stalls. When restarting and driving away the revs drop and the car stalls again. On restarting again and depressing the gas pedal (even to the floor) the engine will not rev. So far I have been lucky and after a few attempts and sometimes a slight smell of petrol fumes the engine regains power. Has anyone got any idea what might be causing this problem?
