Just wondering about service on the st I've been recommended 15w/40 or 15w/50 on the lubrication side of things and standard plugs BPR6E (think there NGK) but since I'll be running more power I'll need something maybe iridium??

Also a question for Ed in particular . . .gearbox Engine mounts,can they be found because I know there different?

I used racing plugs (NGK recessed 9's) they are not cheap at about £25-30 per plug, but with the power I was making they were the only reliable choice. Oil I used mobile one 0w40. If you find this too thin, then use 10w50. Whatever make sure its top quality oil. Gearbox mounts can be brought from nissan. All the other mounts are different/uprated too. I have tried normal K10 rear engine mounts but I bend these in no time at all. So I keep to ST ones now.
