sr20de question

I know i probs wont get the answer here but some of you may know abit about them.

Will GTIR throttle bodies fit a sr20de?

Im going to post on the sr20 forums and almera/primera ect.

I have read that they do fit ( you have to extend a few wires and port match the manifold and drill holes to match) but its not worth the hassle for the gains??

they should fit as the engines a very very similar (i know of some webbing on the sr20 thats not there on the DET) but im sure the heads are identical unless its the black top or red top thingy.

davebull is your best bet matey.

im 99% sure theyll fit i have a set that will be modified to fit the cg engine

They will fit with some drilling, port matching and modifications to the wiring, but it isn't worth it.

The stock 65mm throttle body flows very well and will not limit the horsepower until much bigger numbers.

400 BHP on the stock throttle body is easily attainable.

Cheers for that dave, think im going to stay N/A and stick some cams and itbs so i was just chucking a few ideas around. What do you recommend as far as tunning goes?
