SR160 does not give much heat to the feet.

Hello,
Some advise please.
My wife is complaining about cold feet in her SR160. Very little air reaching the feet but good blast at all other vents. Cant find the pollen filter but suspect its ok or the other vents would not work so well. I know nothing but suspect either the computer is not instructing the flap to open or the flap is not opening fully. Is this going to be difficult? Any photos of where to see the filter please?

Someone has suggested it is the mode actuator not working. Apparently it diverts air to the feet!

Cooling system collects 'gunk', blocks/limits coolant flow and the 'warmer' radiator has tinier channels than front main radiator.
