squeeky clutch pedal

my clutch pedal has always had a bit of squeek, but yesterday it got worse, much worse. anyone know how to fix it, is simply oiling the pedal.

i have a bit of a squeeky pedal and i tried oiling it but it isn't easy to get oil to the hinge.

i'm going to try spraying with WD40.....

I would recommend checking your clutch cable as mine pedal started squeeking just before the cable snapped. Since i replaced the cable and regreassed were the clutch cable joins the pedal there is no more squeeking.

I had to do this to mate, so make sure that you check the cable.

get WD40 with that red nozzle on it and get right under your dash and spray the hinge and the little bit of cable which is visible. this got rid of my squeek!
