2Hz is race stiffness...
and I assume you're meant to calculate values, not make them up...
remember to square your motion ratio, and work out the (unsprung) mass at each corner. If you're anal you'll use a slightly higher resonant frequency in the rear than the front - this is typically recommended by race suspension engineers.
Damping ratios are typically less than 1, but rebound is usually much stiffer than bump, and the damping coefficients are typically not constant (rather, speed dependant).
