Spotted at 6:40pm near wigan town centre....it had

in progress smooth boot
three 17" multispoke alloys (one spare)
nice loud exhaust

i have a feeling its the guy who was selling those saxo modified front and back bumpers
was going opposite direction so couldnt tag him with a card !
