You could always rattle can it, or easier still chuck some fablon at it
(Sticky back plastic/vinyl)

Civic splitter, has not smooth filling, because I did it for sticker wraping. Will fit only to Micra and S bumper, NOT SR and Super S ,because Super S a bit wider.
