Soldering tips

I have a typical soldering iron like you get from Halfords etc 30v thingy
Like this

I can't find new tips!
Not on eBay or local stores, any tips?

Umm thats because they are not common and kind of disposable.. Get a nice new one like this parts are easy to get then..
