Should i swap my numberplate for..

Currently my car has the original numberplate on it, however my friend wrote her car off yesterday and has offered me her number plate for free, bar the transfer fees.. The plate is R38 OBM, we always joked about it being close to Rob..

Would you change the plate (if your name was rob..)

Her dad's been looking at transfering the plate,
it seems that to transfer it now would be £80, but to retain the plate for a year is £105, seems odd it's cheaper to put the plate onto another car than to just hold onto it :S

I say go for it too 80 quid is peanuts for a personalised plate with all the fees mine was nearly £600 for D8N VH, end of the day if you change your mind u can always sell it for more.
