Service - whats included?

Hi, Does anyone have a list of what a main dealer would include in a service (full and interim).

Mine needs doing and have a mate who can do it but imagine he'll only do filters, plugs etc, but the Renault specialist we use for the 172 has a huge check list of things they do (maybe 70 odd checks in addition to just changing a few bits and bobs).

I don't really want to take it to a main dealer but if it'll be a much more thorough job then I might consider it.

Unless you need it for warranty reasons, I'd do the basic one yourself. It's only really oil and filter and check a few basics like brake pad wear etc . Just to add, since mine went out of warranty, I don't bother with Nissan services, I change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles and replace bits as they break or wear out. The annual MOT will spot anything of serious concern.

depends if it is a A, B or C service. but worth changing gearbox oil, brake fluid too.
most of the other garb is check list
