After a Lawn Roller (as per picture). These can be also concrete or metal depending on how old they are. Will come and pick up obviously

Surely you could just make one using a barrel, some concrete and some piping. Sit the barrel on the ground (with a solid bottom), put a PVC pipe in the middle to put the pipe through afterwards, then fill the barrel with concrete. You'll then be left with a barrel of concrete with a hollow centre. Then cut the whole out of the barrel at the bottom to make it clear all the way for the handle to go through. Make up the handle, put it through the barrel thing and there you have it!

You could make something looking way more awesome than that and if you used bearings for the centre part it could really help.

In case you haven't realised that was the first thing I thought of that came to my head when looking at that picture. It may very well not work, but dammit it's worth a try! When in doubt, DIY
