ones snapped and im running my car on 3 cylinders as one of the rocker arm has snapped . Does anyone know where i can find one ? used new or performance ?

i should be picking up a load of engine bits some time mid week. So I should have loads spare. tenner plus postage sound good? also how did you manage to snap a rocker arm??? lol
aww yes please ! , and my mate helped me change my cam belt and started the engine without putting the bottom pulley wheel that has the alternator belt on , thus a bent valve and wobbily rocker arm that eventually fell apart .
