Replacing front fog bulbs 00 Micra

In a 00 Micra like http://www.loadzacars.ie/cars/used/search/details/4088195 how do you replace the fog light bulbs? This is the model with circular fogs

Is the fitting taken out from outside the car?
And where is the switch for the front fogs? Not my car trying to fix non working fogs for someone, think might be bulbs.
