Removing headlights

Right I'm trying to get the headlights and grill as I smashed the passenger side headlight and cracked the grill I have undone the 3 10mm's on the lights but can't get the bloody things out am I missing something?

There is one under the head light which I think the bumper needs to come off

There's two behind the light. One on top next to the wing. And one behind the grill right on the corner attached to the wing (if you got the grill out you'll see this one). Then it's just clipped onto the wing so a gentle wriggle will get it out.
