Rear Lights foam seal

Rear Lights foam seals :- know this is a well known issue. Are replacement light seals available ? Surely there is a demand for them but i can't seem to find them.

Don't have problem with seals, yet!
Been thinking to use for that purpose yoga, pilates etc. rubber like mat...?!
