re-call?

as i have been trundling along twice i have seen this
about the modded temp sensor loom,does it deserve a recall?

My grans car had this done. It wasnt a re-call though. Made absoultely no diffference to the problems she was having.

The loom is to stop overfuling when starting from cold, tbh we always fit the sensor aswel

My grans micra was having cold start issues where it flooded itself. Had this fitted. It still did it.

Im not doubting what your saying, but it made absolutely no change to our original problem

Modded loom for coolant temp sensor?!! You what?!

The ECU controls this you shouldn't need to fudge it with a 'modded' loom to hide the problem.... Unfortunately its down to ECU programming for cranking enrichment...
