Rattle on bumbs

I can't for the life of me figure out where this is coming from. When I go over bumps there is a weird rattle from the back of the car, can't tell if its internal / external. Any idea?

Will have a look. I'm thinking its the inside tailgate panel as its a wee bit loose and makes a similarish twanging rattle if you flick it plus theres some scratches on the tailgate where its been rubbish / hitting the boot.

Those bootlid panels are a nightmare, loads of blue tack along the edges solved my rattles
