raising the idle

my BE1 idles around 750 , when the AC turns on it stays at 750 but you can feel the motor has a load on it. and its very sluggish and shakes. At 1000 RPM the motor is laot smoother with and with out the AC on. so what's the correct way on increasing the idle? Is there an idle stop screw or do you adjust it from the cable?

Thats the fuel mixture and only its protective cap. Tricks many people
