Quinn Direct - Engineers Report form

Right, Quinn say I have to have one of these filled out if my rear seats are removed. But I'm a bit stuck on where to get it done. Anyone got any ideas what all the abreviations mean?

1. Main Dealer
2. Member of instistute of Automotive Engineer Assessors
3. SIMI Approved Garage
4. DOE Test Centre

I know about main dealer, just don't want to have to pay tons for this

main dealer,s probably wont want to do it, there are independant insurance engineers around that will, for a fee .
it,s probably to do with removing or retaining the seatbelts

quinn said its cause it would then be a 'car van' and has to be paneled profetionally! Maybe i'll just take the seats out to clean them

i think it could,nt be classed as a van, as long as you are,nt pulled up with "goods" in the back (in which case they could do you for having no bulkhead, for protection)
