probs with my micra auto

hi, i ave a micra 1.3 auto N reg, went out thwe other day car started but gears would not engage, then noticed that i had no ignition lights on, central locking and electric windows didnt work. Noticed that instrumentation fuse 10ampblew tried a new 1 and it still blew then put a 20 amp which still blew has anyone any ideas what is wrong with the car please

im having the same probs with my k10 buddy maybe a bad earth or a shorted wire
