pre facelift lx - sr conversion

what do i need to change the front bumper off my lx to put a sr one on?

its just a case of taking your old one off and putting the new one on mate but make sure you have the brackets needed for the bumper mate if its the front that is

yu pits the front sorry...so i need mounting brackets? what about the smash bar?

all the mounts are the same...so its a straight swap. you dont need a crash bar. but you could get one whilest the bumper is off

as far as i know there all inter change able. (rear bumpers) and front bumper unless its a facelift.

The super s/sr front bumpers have different brackets behind it IIRC, less to them due to the driving lights maybe.. But it would be a bit odd to not get the mounts with the bumper.

you do need the super-s/sr bumper brackets to fit the bumper. the standard ones are square looking where the others have a curve

yeh, they,re shaped/relieved around the driving lights eh

I can't see why the brackets wouldn't be on the bumper if your picking one up?
