possible micra sr 1.6 purchase in april - research starts now

Hi all,

As the post says I'm toying with the idea of buying one of the sr160/sr in April.

The reason is the wife is due to give birth then (if all goes well) and the 182 being 3 dr won't do.

I had a micra when I was a teenager (1988 vintage) and loved it. Never broke, cost peanuts to run and was fun.

Hopefully micras are still the same? Question: do you think the boot with it's slidy seat will be big enough for a buggy?

It's a folder Matt, not a slider. Awesome car though . You'd be lucky to get a buggy in the boot unless you folded the seats down.

Thats a shame about the boot as I much prefer small cars as they are normally more fun to drive:grinning:. I may be forced to look elsewhere. I'm sure I read the rear seats slided forward to create more boot space at the expense or rear leg room?
