poor idling

hi, im having a few problems with my micra the revs are going up and down while idling and the car i very flat low down the rev range the power doesnt start coming till about 3 - 4000 revs and it really dies on hills but it NEVER stalls! any opinions?

do a search for throttle body, you should find everything you need to know
