Polyurethane Bush for front control arm SIZE

Hi guys, on strongflex website, of the micra k11 front Wishbone Bush there are two sizes, 28.5mm and 26mm.

Is there a way of knowing which one it is, without going there and measure?

Car is a micra k11 from 99, facelift gx

Remember I used the 28.5mm the inner dia of the wishbone hole,
26mm was the inner dia of the bush sleeve ,

But on strongflex website they are two different bushes...(both yellow ones)

On the pictures of strongflex website none of them has that metal casing

And the shapes on the strongflex website are pretty similar to one another... Do you know if both bushes that you found fit on each other's micra?

Just order complete arms from autodoc, even the cheapest arms come with a 2 year warranty. I'll replace mine every two years as I drive it hard.

I run the 28.5 (remembed right) yellow bushes that are abit stiffer then the red
Alot stiffer then stock and lot less flex the stock so no/less positive camber on the outer wheel,
Get a pair of micrometers and measure the inner dia of the wishbone hole for the bush,
Believe the 26.5 is for if you keep the orignal metal bush on the wishbone
The Polly done have or need the outer metal

Yes
Just double check the sizes first,
I got the bush out then carefully cut the sleave

I perfer to use orignal wishbones and just strip and refurb them along with new ball joint of possible , not a fan cheaper repo ones had one drop the ball joint and seen plenty break and such
