why do car manufacturers use all this technology to make the cars sound "nicer" why not just make them sound nicer?

did a E30bmw m3 have 'Induction Sound Enhancer' technology?. yes of course it did, it was called throttle bodies.

and the aston matin v8 vantage with exhaust valves, why? did the ferrari testarossa?

why are they doing this. get rid of the flappy plastic bits and make a propper pukka car,


plus its been ugly since 1998.
