Probably comes from Essex Police changing to Diesel cars, people are used to putting petrol in and hey presto you've got a miss-fuel.

We can't do that on our beat cars, they are all diesel and we've only got diesel pumps at our stations. I don't know what traffic do or where they get fuel for their petrol cars. I think we buy shell premium diesel.
