Well they're going to reduce congestion soon when nobody can afford to buy fuel for their cars to take them onto the roads.

People would use public transport if it was improved! As long as there's packed trains which offer unreliable services, then people will always use the car.

Also, I was held up a few times yesterday.. the tailbacks were caused by people doing 30mph in 60 zones. Get these people off the roads too and things would be alot better

More like the amazing amount of people who seem to crash and block up the main roads. Anyway, driving through London has got much more painful for the very simple reason that now there are bus lanes everywhere which for the most part your not allowed in the road capacity has almost halved in some areas.
