oh brilliant..... Italian electronics and american build quality.... what next?

if the americans kept up with the rest of the world when we were moving on in the late 70's none of this would have happened. there would be more fuel left, global warming wouldnt be half as bad as it is getting and they wouldnt need the europeans help in making their cars more efficient....

let me put it this way. in europe the engines in the vauxhall / opel vectra were 1.4,1.6,1.8,1.8D 2.0,2.0D, 2.2turbo, 2.4D 2.6V6, 3.0V6 and 2.8V6D

in america the equivalent GM car of the same size is considered a small family hatchback (its a huuuge car) the chevy cobalt, and starts with a 2.0, 2.4, 2.4Turbo, 2.6V6 turbo 3.6V6...... no diesel.

if they didnt use MASSSSSIIIIVVVEEE engines they would use so much fuel.!

yea they have these huge engines that dont realy do anything... except a big noise in comparison to a italian sports car that has a smaller engine and prob most likley better performance, looks, and more eficent. would be funny is chrysler stab them in the back and end up taking over fiat haha

thats what gets me about all these companies going bankrupt. they say "this company has called in the administrators as its profits dropped"

now we have to look at that statment. profits dropped. they didnt stop nor did they become losses they just slowed down. so because the greedy fatcats werent making billions in profits they folded the company, sold off all of its assets for Millions, layed off thousands and went on permanent holiday.

take woolworths for instance. they were making a profit. a small one, but a profit none the less. they had over £600m in pensions / savings. yet due to Margeret thatcher they were able to spend / take that money for themselves and fold the company leaving all of the employees with nothing. yet does anyone question it? does anyone actualy say enough is enough! where the hell did all the money go? Royal sun Allience anyone? they had billions of pounds in peoples savings and pensions yet they misteriously went bankrupt and billions of pounds dissapeared. i bet the directors and managers all went bankrupt too hey?.... no? they are starting new businesses with their ill gained cash. and again nobody does a damned thing yet everyone complains. will this country never do anything? we will quite gladly sit back and watch our bank balance dwindle to nothing as premiership footballers get payed £250k a week yet dont get taxed for it. e sit back and pay our gas bills as they rise to 300% over the rest of europe and as british gas announce £40Billion profit in 6 months, we sit back and let the government give away £1.2Trillion in our money to banks that beggared it up for everyone in order to keep the men that caused the problems in jobs yet demand nothing in return, we sit back and watch as £9billion is spent on an olympic villiage that will be so expensive once the olympics are over nobody will be able to afford to use them, we sit back and relax as liberalist do-gooders sue a race track thats been at the top of british motorsport for nearly 90 years as its too loud, we relax and sip our tea as council after council let vulnerable children DIE and allow them to be turtured beyond all imagination after countless warnings of violence and neglect. yet all of the people in charge of these dibacles are praised and allowed to stay in their jobs while all around them burns.

i think it was nero that fiddled while rome burned...........it should be Brown Diddles whilst Britain Burns....
