P/S & squeeking noise

I have power steering on my k11, when i turn the wheel to full lock either way it squeaks, any way i can cure this? Also when coming to a stop the car is making a weird almost rubber squeaking noise as if something is rubbing against something else from the front cant figure from where but sounds like from the wheel area.

Mine does this too... nothing to worry about.
i think it is just the engine compensating for the power steering you'll noticed that if you full lock whilst moving at like 5/10mph it doesn't do it as much. because your revving the engine.

surely its not right though? Could it be the belt needs replacing

Well if the belt is worn or very badly cracked then replace it. it doesn't cost a lot to do if your handy enough.
but i personally wouldn't worry it about it.
