No, but it could be cut and modified to fit.

that silver bit looks like an area that can be adjusted? if not then im not sure as i wont be able to get it cut and adjusted. could it be done for an extra 5 or 10 pounds?

The K10 has the mounting holes in different place, and is narrower. It will need cutting and welding.

i was lookin at ebay and these are only for 93-98 models i got a Y reg dont know how to adjust these things so i wont bother and Rik thanks for the bit of advice tho i think i did look there
