oil change sump plug?

hey all im about to do the first oil change on my K10 and was wondering what size washer i need when i replace the sump plug? and is it a normal one or a compression many thanks for your time Ian Cardiff :k10:

just a normal copper washer on the sump plug where r u located

ask a mechanic what size it is cos i carnt rember what size it isi looked in my haynes manual and it dont say

They dont have one? Ian when you take yours off....if there isnt one there look around where the thread is on the sump for a Clean shiny kind of metal part that is slightly bigger than the Sump plug....if there is...then it means it has had one on at some point in its life

put a big plug in and that will stop the rain

if you go to nissan and get your filter, they'll flog you a copper compressable washer too, bout a quid normally.
