No Power when COLD!!

Starts instantly but lacks power when cold, seems to be not firing on all four cylinders. Engine sounds like it misses when under acceleration, after 5-10 mins its fine.

The choke is coming in as the car idles fast when cold.

Please could anyone advise on the likely fault,

ie. Plugs or Automatic Choke

1.2 GSX 1989

personally i would check all the plugs and leads usual ignition things im sure its something simple like that
