Nissan March K12 Grille

Been snooping around on the internets and seen Nissan March's have a different grille setup to the Micra we have this side of the world. I'd love to do this to my K12 and just wondering if anyone has and where to get parts?

Also, on a side note, has anybody debadged the model and spec badges from the back?

Dunno where those are from but the good news is they're very easy to change .
