think the centrebore is a touch smaller too- but dont hold me to that.

they will fit, i have seen a few k10's with vw wheels, they tend to stick out quite far (which is good imo)

centre bore can be delt with a dremill or similar.

yes they will fit dont worry about off set,but if they dont go over the center hub flange like some vauxhalls dont
check to see if they is a steel hub ring pressed in the rim on the inside,if so knock it out from the outside in and then it will fit.

got them before and they did fit just needed cleaning out as bit of corrosion would let it go over centre pieces. look quite good

Micra wheels:

PCD - 4x100 Offset - 35 to 45 Bore - 59.1

Polo Wheels:

PCD 4x100 Offset - 35 to 45 Bore - 57.1

1mm all the way round to small

exactly the same as my mx5 on my k11, too small a bore. The best way is to get the centre bored out or if your on a budget a dremil. Your also need speacial wheel nuts.
