New phone wanted, ideas?

Time to replace my smashed-into-a-gazillion-pieces iPhone5 I guess.
Looking for a contract of around £30 a month... What do people have and what can they recommend, I'll consider anything iPhone/android maybe even windows if you tempt me.

I've got the b15q and a have dropped it everywhere , all water/dust proof and imo look pretty cool / different
