I know I'm a bit late to the party on this one (and that this a bit of a thread from the dead, so sorry!) but I found the original order receipt from when my grandfather bought my now-written off K11 SLX (which to the best of my knowledge was the highest spec 5 door)

I'd imagine given how rounded off the number is some bartering was involved, but it says £10,000 on the dot.
