New dent!

Our youngest has added a new dent to the K11 3 door, just behind the drivers door in the soft soft side panel. How does the inner trim, the large bit under the rear side window, come out? I am hoping to just push the dent back out.

there,s a screw in the belt surround, then just prise the panel off iirc.
then afterwards, spray some chain lube into the sill

Screw released seatbelt return frame and the panel. Further plastic nibs on the back of the panel, similar on the door pillar cover, all came away without breaking any. Pressed the dent out with various bits of wood and replacement was the reverse of the above. All much better now.
