nothing in haynes manual! When i come to stripping my 1.3 in the new i think we should have a list of items for me to weigh and measure, answers that arent in haynes and may help in the future!

Suppose you could work it out, if you take the length of the stroke and size of the con rod to work out the compression, then work out by how much you will need to take away to drop the ratio of compression back down to 9.5:1.

if you are doing custom pistons for your turbo then there is a calculation that you need to do to work out the exact amount of dish that you need... it depends on what you need the info for
