Need to know please

Ive got two questions first how do I get my driver side door card off in a 98 micra prefacelift so I can sort out my window and secondly whst way does the centre console come out in the same car? Thsts for any help guys

unclip/remove the trims off the door card (door opening handle trim, door handle, window winder if manual) then use either a flathead or this tool to pop the doorcard clips off the door frame from all around the edges.
then the top of the doorcard simply lifts up out the window slot

centre console cover has 4 screws arrowed, then use a flat wide metal lever here (circled) to unclip it from the dash
